The price relative to the volume of product is high, but it is a good creamer substitute. Actually, the small carton suites me, as I don't use it too quickly. This product as with most other dairy substitutes doesn't keep for long once opened. Read more

I'm not on a keto diet, I'm just making some dietary changes in general. I've given up beef completely, so my next change was to at least cut back on dairy. I'm not a vegan or anything, just very wary of the damage caused by raising and consuming cattle and dairy. Usually I use regular old half and half in my coffee with a sweetener. Pros: - same amount of calories per serving as half and half, if that's important to you - has a really nice, subtle coconut taste. This can react really well depending on the coffee you use. - it has a super long shelf life. Mine doesn't expire until November!! Less waste is really good in my book. Cons: - it doesn't swirl or react with your coffee the same as products containing milk fat would. It doesn't change the color of your coffee much either. - it seems a tad on the sweeter side, despite being unsweetened. - half and half tends to tone down bitterness in my coffee when I'm lazy and drinking a day-old pot. This, on the other hand, somehow heightens the bitterness. I have not had it with fresh coffee yet, but I imagine it'll be much better. All in all, I'm personally not crazy for it taste wise, but I do appreciate that I can drink my usual absurd amount of coffee without feeling ethically conflicted. I think I'll consume the amount I purchased, but will most likely try out another brand next time to see if I can find something that reacts a bit more like the milk fat in regular dairy. Read more

Bought this half and half for frothing in a nespresso machine. It works pretty well for that use. The taste is nothing special, just kinda ok. Read more

Good quality, rich creamer for coffee. As a dairy-free person, I appreciate a creamy alternative for my coffee, without all of the added sugar and other junk! Read more

I wasn't sure I'd like this, but I wanted something shelf-stable I could keep on hand if I ran out of milk for my coffee. It has a mild cream-like flavor. I like it better than the artificial non-dairy creamers. I will buy it again. Read more
