This is my favorite diaper rash cream. It is super thick and really provides a good coat over to protect. My daughter gets diaper rash very easy and this has been the best cream yet. It goes on like a thick icing and it stays on. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with diaper rash. It is a bit more pricy but worth it in my opinion. The tube are big and last a while. Read more
I’ve been using Calmoseptine for my toddler after every diaper change, and it’s honestly one of the best barrier ointments we’ve tried. It creates a nice protective layer that prevents redness or irritation, especially overnight or during long naps. The texture is thick but spreads easily, and a little goes a long way. What I like most is how quickly it soothes any signs of diaper rash, usually by the next change, the skin already looks better. The mild cooling effect is gentle and comforting, not harsh. A versatile ointment, great for babies and adults. It came in clutch when my son had a very bad diaper rash. Desitin works fine, but this ointment has a mild cooling affect so helped relieve the itchy feeling. Its also great for minor scratches, insect bites, etc. It has a very mild smell to it, mostly menthol but its not bothersome. I'm on my third tube and so glad it comes in a 4oz twin pack. This ointment has been so helpful for my elderly husband. Previously we used a brand name “Butt Paste” that was difficult to remove, stained our bidet seat, and did not prevent jock itch. We switched to Calmoseptine on his butt, as well as using an antifungal powder with no talc in the crotch. It has made such a difference since using this & the powder for the past 9 months.
