I am 5'9" and 145 pounds. A size small or size 4 is a little snug on me but a size medium or 6 is a little loose. I am right in the middle! I ordered a size large in the cotton thong panty because their size guide recommended a large according to my measurements. I also thought ordering a size large would be a good idea, because the Calvin Klein bikini panty in a size medium is too small for me. The large was too big. I exchanged one of my large packs for a medium and they fit perfect. The only thing I don't like about these thongs is that the tag is in the front and can be irritable. As I slowly begin to my accept I am in my mid-twenties and aging, I’ve realized that the underwear I purchased 12 years ago at PINK during the 5 for $25 deal may not be built to last a 13th year. Thus, I’ve resulted to Amazon to rebrand my underwear drawer. I always forget that underwear can be sneaky expensive if you’re not buying the Fruit of the Loom value pack from Walmart. I found these to be the best deal for the price and quality of product. They are basically wedgie proof and can be worn in all settings. When I don’t sleep in my home and lack access to my Walmart value pack Fruit of the Looms, these are comfortable to sleep in and far more attractive to male suitors.
