The mat has been a great for our home workouts. It transformed our basement into an efficient gym space, accommodating everything from HIIT sessions to playful yoga with our little one. The high-density foam offers impressive comfort, especially for our knees and elbows during intense workouts. We also love its durability – it handles daily use without wearing down or tearing, unlike other mats we've tried. One minor downside we noticed is that while it's relatively easy to clean, the microfiber towel included could be a bit larger. However, it's easy to replace and the mat's shoe-friendly design means I don't worry about scuffing it up when transitioning between exercises. The double anti-slip layers keep it firmly in place on both carpets and hardwood floors – a feature we've seen others appreciate as well. Overall, it's worth every penny for anyone who wants to establish a reliable home workout routine while ensuring some extra play space for kids and pets alike! Read more
It is really great for workouts. It does not slide around on the floor during exercises. Also can use with shoes, socks or barefoot and you stay steady. Read more
It's a pretty firm and large workout mat and good but it's kind of slippery. so it works great with standing workouts but if you want to do HIIT and do mountain climber or alternative planking positions, your hands get really slippery with sweat. But overall, it's fine. Read more
It's comfortable and perfect for my garage gym. No tears or issues at all yet. Keeps my workout space insulated from the cold cement, I like to workout barefoot. Great value. Read more
I really love this mat for my combo WFH office/workout space. I was struggling to do Peloton strength/low-impact cardio/yoga/barre classes with only a regular sized Lulu yoga mat on top of a round rug that only added extra cushion for part it. It has been great for yoga, for which I roll out this mat before my yoga mat. I’m a bigger person and without the additional cushion I was having some issues with poses that required being on my knees. Obviously I didn’t want to wear shoes on my yoga mat for other classes either, so that meant choosing among not wearing shoes for classes that really should have them, ruining my yoga mat, or going without a mat at all, which is not tenable for classes that might involve lying on the ground. It is thick enough that I don’t feel the contours of the round rug underneath it when I use it, which I appreciate. It’s not overly slippery, but I still prefer having something under my hands for push ups or my hands require periodic wiping with a sweat towel. The floor side is grippy enough that the mat itself does not slip. It’s surprisingly easy to roll out and roll up, and the Velcro straps go on easily. All in all, I think it probably takes 45 seconds to roll out from the time you pick it up to the time it’s down and positioned, and maybe twice that to roll up and stow away. It is obviously very large when rolled up, so you must be comfortable with it being visible where you store it. It is easy to clean. I use my vacuum cleaner with a velvet roller to remove any large debris and use a mild cleaner periodically to sanitize it. The only con I can think of is that whichever side is rolled first does continue to curl up after rolling it out. You can counteract it a bit by folding it in the opposite direction when you first roll it out, but it will continue to curl. The yoga mat or free weights help it lie down quite a bit when I am using them in a class, but otherwise I just scoot that edge over to the far side of my workout area to avoid tripping. I haven’t had a problem with it. It does have a slight smell, but nothing terribly unpleasant. If you’re on the fence, buy this mat! Read more

The media could not be loaded. LOVE this. I was using like the puzzle piece foam for my workouts and was slipping around and pieces coming apart, etc, and I finally got smart and purchased this and it’s been a game changer. The quality for the price was wonderful. I use it out in the garage and it never slips or moves, wipes down super easy, I drop weights and other garage stuff on it all the time and it’s very durable! Perfect for a one person workout. You can see in my video it’s not crazy thick, which I like and I haven’t had any issues with the cushion when I lay down on it- it’s enough. Read more
My husband and I exercise individually in our carpeted living room using Apple fit and HasFit. The pad protects the carpet from sweat and is a perfect thickness, since it is on carpet. Rolls up easily and we roll it in opposite directions to keep it from curling. Stays in our coat closet. Nice size. It comes with a cloth to wipe up the sweat. (You will have to use soap and water to clean any mat on a regular basis-just did it yesterday and let it air dry over chairs.) Read more
