As it stands right now, the flavor was lighter than I was expecting. This review will probably be updated in the next couple days when I make another cup of it. If you’re looking for that Starbucks Matcha experience, it is a much lighter flavor than the Starbucks Matcha, and if you’re looking for that traditional Matcha experience that you get from buying a little pouch at Walmart, or some thing again the flavor is a lot lighter. It’s almost as if it’s made to just have water added to it not water and milk. I will be updating my review. It taste different added to milk, but it does have milk powder in it so I doubt it. But still willing to update.! If you’re looking for something to add to Ice Cream, protein powder, or any other sort of mixing. This is great for that cause it’s not overpowering. This stuff is soooo good! I have a pretty decent coffee bar set up and I used this matcha mix to try and replicate a Dunkin’ Donuts salted caramel matcha Frappe I had ordered and honestly mine was WAY better lol. Gonna save tons of money now! It’s very creamy and delicious and even tho I usually make a 32oz frappe a lil of this mix goes a long way so I believe it’ll last for several delicious creations! I really WANTED AND EXPECTED to not only like but maybe even LOVE this stuff and it sadly fell short the first cup. Now so I do like mine sweetened but I added a good amount of straight up sugar and it was still more on the bitter side and wasn't really getting sweet or tasted ideal for me. I had already added a ton of sugar and thought adding anymor3 would end up ruining the flavors ect so I just kinda assumed it wasn't going to be my 'cup of tea!' 😆😉😋 But seriously I don't actually think peach pairs with matcha very well or maybe it could and this brand just didn't get it right or use the right type of peaches or peach flavoring? It's a sad failure cos this stuff isn't super expensive (for a matcha) but it's def NOT cheap. I'm not as big of a blueberry fan as I am of peach but I'm actually sorta wishing I has got that one instead. I love tea-drops strawberry soooo freaking much! This would be good for cooking but not for teas or smoothies. Very bitter flavor even with sweetener. I had to throw most of it out. I just couldn't do it. Great price if you want to add matcha flavor to a food dish or baking. Read more
