I am a little disappointed as I had hoped that this would be a glass water bottle. While plastic makes this lighter and probably more durable, I find that even with the best plastic, if your water gets hot, there is a taste that leeches in. So I wish that this had been glass. That said, it works fine and looks good. Read more

I like CamelBaki's water bottles because they've really perfected the spout. It can be locked close to avoid inadvertent leakage, which is handy for situations such as transporting it in a crowded backpack where it might get pressed or squeezed. You can also leave the spout unlocked and it doesn't leak at all. Drinking is pretty effortless, either by sucking on the valve and/or squeezing the bottle. Some bottles take a good bit of effort or have uncomfortable hard valves, but this one is soft, comfortable, and works great. The 25oz size of this bottle hits the sweet spot for me - enough hydration for a pretty intense workout but still very portable and unobtrusive. The fabric sleeve on this one is a nice touch. It's easily removable if you don't want to use it, but provides useful storage of a key, id, credit card, etc. if you need it. Great water bottle. Read more

Camelbak's cycling bottles have long been the gold standard, so it's nice to see them bringing that technology to the gym and general exercise markets. The Peak Fitness bottles have a triangular shape to their design that makes them fit into your hand in a very natural way. They also work well in my car's cup holders. The Chill insulation technology does an amazing job of keeping water cold and minimizing the bottles sweating. This is great when you leave the bottle in a hot car during the day. Also, the Essentials Pocket sleeve on this model is very useful if you're going to use the bottle while walking or running. It provides a nice place to keep your keys or phone if your gym shorts don't have convenient pockets. Read more
