Aside from the cute monster truck design and a matching lunch bag. The material feels durable, possibly water resistant and sturdy. My son is on the petite end and the backpack doesn’t over take his back. My son is prek4 kind of size. The size of this backpack is between the toddler small size and a regular size backpack. That’s why I said: It’s JUST RIGHT SIZE ! It fits a school folder and plenty of room for more. The Frontal strap-clip , my 4 1/2 yr old son can easily click it on and off. No help from me. Good buy!
