These lighters are great!! I have ordered 3 so far, I keep giving them to family members. I find they are very durable and suit a variety of applications. All that good stuff aside, I cannot figure out why there is a lanyard included. Is it for use in high wind situations? Who be lighting their candles in the wind (other than Elton John)? While I appreciate the thoughtfulness of including a lanyard, I cannot adequately visualize any given situation where said lanyard would make a positive impact on my life. The box and packaging make no reference to the inclusion of a lanyard, or suggestions on how to use it in conjunction with the lighter. If anyone out there knows more about these lanyards, please share your knowledge. Read more

Great tool for having around the house with little ones. Super safe and rechargeable. Absolutely love it and it's great for the outside summertime when you're lighting candles, the wind doesn't affect it. Only problem is I wish I knew about these sooner. Regular lighters are obsolete. Read more

YES! Finally an arc lighter that charges properly via USB-C to USB-C cable. I do wish the neck were flexible and the tip weren't so exposed and easy to damage, but I'm still giving this five stars because it charges properly over USB-C, unlike every other lighter I've tried. Read more
