Love it, but zipper broke.

I was excited when I received, it has overal great quality fabric, and I got compliments on it. It was very handy in the airport, although with only gentle use for two weeks, the one zipper is not fully functional on main compartment. I have to realign it to work properly, and almost lost valuables on the plane, which were luckily turned in fast and I was called back to the desk right after deplaning. Prob because I was in row 2. Anyway, I went ahead and just exchanged fir a replacement to give another chance since I lived the quality and look otherwise. We’ll see! Read more
