They look good in the basement
Every April I like to convince myself that this is gonna be my year. I’m going to emerge from the dark, cold house after being cooped up inside all those winter months, rocking a beach bod, six pack even. The summer sun won’t know what hit it. This year I decided instead of paying for a gym membership I was going to build my own gym. My husband has been on this rodeo with me going on 20 years, so he knows the drill. So he asked that I buy cost effective equipment. I assured him this would be different. I’m really doing it this time, but I will keep the cost low. After doing tons of research I settled on this set. Good reviews, great price. And I didn’t want to just get 5lb weights because I was going to be a gym rat. I knew I’d have to gradually move up weights, so I wanted a range of weights to grow as my sweet muscles grew. This checked all the boxes. And let me tell you, they are perfect! Exactly as described. Tree is easy to assemble. Weight is spot on. And for 3 weeks I hit these bad boys hard. Until I decided I was gonna stick to tacos and tik tok. I mean I look the same as I did last year so what’s the big deal if anyone sees my not so beach bod soaking up the summer rays for another year. But dang do they look good in the basement.
