Love it!!! It isn’t uncomfortable at all. I had one before but it was a bit heavier this works well for me being a female. The color is vibrant. The size I believe will fit everybody. And the strength is pretty strong. I do recommend this to anymore wanting to get in shape and shed a few. Read more
Got this vest to increase the intensity of my walks and help work my muscles more. I read that it's best to start with vests at 5% of your bodyweight and work your way up to no more than 10%. So at 8lbs, this is a great starting point for me (I weigh 140ish lbs). The quality of the vest is nice, the fit is comfortable. My husband tried it on as well and it was comfortable for his broader shoulders too. The weight itself seems evenly distributed throughout the vest, which is important to avoid injury. The phone holder fits my pixel 9xl, but I don't really care for it. The velcro strap on it is pretty long and it is awkward to attach to the vest. There doesn't really seem to be a good spot to put it that does not bother me. M It might be better used strapped to your arm like they also show, but I am not an arm strap person. Other than that, I have been using it for a few weeks and have definitely noticed a difference. I typically walk while pushing a double stroller with 60lbs of kids in it, and my leg muscles definitely felt a little sore after my first week walking with the vest in addition. I also notice I get more easily winded/higher heart rate while using the vest. Overall, I would recommend it. Gotta save that bone density! Read more
This black unisex vest adds 8 lbs of resistance to workouts without feeling bulky. It’s easy to put on and take off, with adjustable straps for a secure fit. Reflective strips add safety for outdoor use, and the detachable phone pouch is a convenient bonus. The fabric feels durable, and after a few months of light running I’ve noticed real improvements. A great choice for adding intensity, burning extra calories, and building endurance. Read more

I have always wanted to try one of these weighted vests. My dumbbells are CAP brand and I have always been impressed by the brand's quality, so I decided to give their vest a try. I have used it several times so far. It makes an amazing difference in plyometric workouts. You will reach high level 2 and level 3 heart rates in record time while wearing it. When I used it in lower body weight-training, I was impressed at how much heavier my lifts felt. Ladies, the shape of this one fits well around the breast area, which was one of my biggest concerns when considering a weighted vest. So many look like they would weigh heavy on the breasts. This one is shaped to avoid that issue. I appreciate the reflective striping for use outdoors. The blue color is highly visible as well. I am thrilled with the vest and will use it regularly. This weighted vest fit me comfortably and aided in making simple workouts a little more taxing. This is great for indoor treadmill walking and making bodyweight workouts a little more tough (pushups, pullups, etc). I like using my walking treadmill after meals for blood sugar control, and this is adding noticeably more effort to my walks without being overly taxing on my joints. I can feel my calves and quads being worked more as I walk. It adds a noticeable level of difficulty to pushups as well since the weight is focused around the upper chest. The quality of the vest feels solid too as expected from CAP. I think people who enjoy going on long walks and want more difficulty will like this weighted vest the most. Read more
A wonderful additive to my workout routine and equipment. Perfect amount of weight for a beginner. It comes with a cell phone/wallet pouch, easy to put on and adjust. Can be worn while walking, working out, or just house chores to increase resistance. Read more

I’m a big fan of CAP products and both my barbell and trap bar are made by CAP. So when I saw they made a weighted vest, I decided to give it a chance - especially since it was advertised as having an “adjustable fit.” The quality of the weighted vest, like most CAP products, is excellent for the price. Stitching is solid, the weight evenly distributed, and the snap easy to open and close. Additionally, it’s slightly roomier than most weighted vests I’ve tried. I’m built like a linebacker and weighted vests are typically uncomfortably tight across my shoulders and upper back. This one is actually not bad, if snug (which is what you want in a weighted vest). So why not 5 stars? The only aspect of the “adjustable fit” is the single strap across the chest. The other issue I had is the weird “accessories.” The mesh pocket in the back is inaccessible while wearing the weighted vest. And if you use the zipper arm pouch attached to the weighted vest (as currently shown in numerous marketing photos) I find that it continually pokes me in the face as the weighted vest rides so high. If you’re the type who likes arm pouches (I don’t) the inclusion of a pouch (with a port for wired headphones) might appeal to you. It’s a good solid weighted vest with more room than many of its competitors. If there were two additional “adjustable fit” points (under the arms, for example) I’d be more excited about this vest.
