No lie... this stuff is awesome. I literally didn't mind doing the dishes last night. It's not overpowering at all and I'm very sensitive to smells. It's light, fresh, soothing... all the things you'd expect from fresh cut flowers that is so rare in a product. It seemed to work as well as the 7th generation I used maybe even a little better at not leaving water spots! I am thrilled. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I love how this smells! It is a nice thickness and lathers well. I like to use it on hand wash only dishes, and also as a hand soap. It seems to wash well and is easy to use. If you’re looking for a more natural light soap. This is a good one! Read more

Love this!! I always have problems with dish soaps drying out my skin, I have tried many different brands over the past couple years. This is so soothing, after 3 days of using it my hands feel so much better! I do a lot of dishes, and it cleans perfectly too, I was concerned about that with a natural product. The bottle is very sleek looking too, I love how it looks by my sink! Read more

We use a dishwasher (usually) at home, but we do a lot of hand dishwashing in our RV. Was excited to find an essential oil dish soap that might be easier on a camper's plumbing, as well as a pleasant smelling environment-friendly option. First trip out and a good test - and we were sorely disappointed. The smell was GREAT! Pleasant and not overpowering. Texture in the soap pleasant on the hands. But functionality was practically non-existent. For some items, this soap made the dishes "dirtier". There seems to be no surfactant in the formula. So cleaning any pot or pan with a hint of grease, this soap would NOT remove it. For plates, cups glasses - with no preexisting grease? With 4 types of essential oil, this soap actually made them feel greasy! Smelled good, but I wouldn't want to eat or drink from them. Wound up using a LOT of hot water to remove the oily feel from the dishes. As a "dish soap", I could only give this two stars at most. But it can be repurposed as a hand soap. I diluted 1-1 with water in a dispenser bottle. More watery than most commercial hand-soaps even before diluting, but still perfectly functional. I gave it the third star based on the off-label usage. Read more

I was very pleased with the Capri essentials, white lavender dish soap. When I ordered it, I appreciated that the scent came from essential oils and I thought the smell was pretty and not overpowering. The reason for the four stars is when I looked at the ingredients. There are definitely some unnecessaries in there. Because I created a skin care line, I’m very familiar with ingredients so I understand the need for preservatives especially in products withwater. What I do not understand is the addition of fragrance, D&C red #33 D&C blue #1. Even though these food coloring are for pharmaceutical and cosmetic use those ingredients are petroleum and coal derived. My dish soap was clear therefore I don’t know if there was a misprint on the label or what the purpose was of having an artificial synthetic dye in the product Having said that it cleaned my worked well with cleaning my dishes and produces a good suds. This would be my go to dish soap if they would eliminate those additional unnecessary ingredients. Read more

This dish soap surprised me. Let's start with the smell, since that's the first thing you will notice. The lavender scent is heavenly. I was surprised the soap had essential "oils" but was still able to cut through the grease and oils on my dishes without leaving any oily residue. The cleaning power was great. I would say it holds up to others like Palmolive and Ajax. It cannot compete with the powerhouse that is Dawn, but it will definitely work to clean your dishes. I'm not crazy about how thin the formula is. It is very watery, and you have to use a LOT to get a good amount of soap suds. The container it comes in also doesn't help to keep you from wasting it, when you go to pour it, it comes out in a watery stream that is hard to control. You have to king of wiggle your wrist back and forth to keep all the liquid from pouring out almost all at once. So you will have to replace this often if you use it as your only dishwashing liquid, even though the bottle is big. This may not be optimum for the price point. Read more
