Plate good, mount & hardware god awful for $200

The sheet metal is rigid and bent well, but the mounting is complete garbage. The rivet nuts aren't pulled to spec so some rotate, and some have the threads damaged. The bar clamps are offset rather than symmetrical, which would offer better clamping if they were not too difficult to align to install. All in all, if you're up for replacing the mounting hardware and putting in the nuts to spec the plate is good. But for $200 I'll just cut a similar plate using SendCutSend and 3d print a mount.
