The media could not be loaded. I was really excited to get this and try this out so I could have a more portable option for beach days and stargazing at parks with friends. Unfortunately this wasn't the all in one kit that it showed and said. This didn't come with any mouthpieces or tongs at all. And it came with a very dusty box and the product hadld dust, scratches and the bottom water basin has cracks on the bottom. Very disappointed in the quality they it clearly didn't hold up to much cause the package looked fine. I did like the size and features a lot in this unit and getting my own mouth out even is one thing but I'm guessing the tongs it was supposed to come with would fit in the unit and finding that is going to be a little harder. But most importantly the basin is cracked already so I'm certain it's not going to hold up much longer if it's even going to hold water at all, I'm not sure if risk the effort of bringing it out to enjoy only to have my evening cut short and ruined. I think the concept would have been a hit but I was shipped a faulty product that had been a tester or display model or maybe even came back as a return that was broken and missing components. So unfortunately I can't recommend this despite its potential. And I can't use it out of the box to tell you much of anything else. Besides all the other components are there and it looks like it's be simple to operate and easy to clean. And I definitely believe it was well worth the value if it wasn't broken and had all the parts stated. Read more

The product came in a very compact and light packaging. The manual was included in the packaging as well. It took me few minutes to find the hose as it was packed inside the stem. The instructions were pretty clear. Step 2 of instructions says to fill the base with water (2-3cm above down stem). However, the base color is dark so it was a little hard to find the water level. It would’ve been easier if the base had a water line so you could fill it up to that line. Step 5 (filling the bowl with shisha flavor) could be little tricky as the space is too small and you might accidentally put some flavor down the stem. Would have been better if the stem had taller edge to avoid that. After setting up, I put 1 charcoal on top and put the cap part on top which helps as a safety measure so of the hookah falls, the charcoal doesn’t fall out. The hookah is very lightweight so you have to be careful not to pull or move it too much or just put it somewhere secure. The assembly was very easy. Hookah was hitting pretty strong for its size and it was going for good 30 minutes. And in my opinion, it is very creative.
