For 9 bucks, it's hard to complain, but...

As you can see, the magnetic ring is held in by an acrylic type glue, like super glue. This is not a good choice for obvious reasons, especially when the magnet is so strong. It was easy to fix with some rubber cement (t7000 would be ideal, but any glue or silicon/caulk that remains flexible would do) but this would be SUCH an easy fix. The only reason I am still giving it a 4/5 instead of a 2/5 is that it is so incredibly inexpensive AND the magnet ring is actually very powerful....super quick fix if this happens to you. I was concerned about this product when it arrived as the box did not match what I had ordered. Upon opening the box the item was as I requested, magnetic dash mount for my cellphone. There are somethings I like, the arm extends and tilts to get a better viewing angle which is nice. The adhesion of the vacuum base seems pretty strong, also a plus. However, after getting it installed and placing the magnetic ring to my phone case, my phone fell off. The ring to attach to my case will not adhere. No huge deal, I had a spare ring that I could attach. I got the phone mounted and went about my errands driving around. On my second stop, I went to take the phone off the mount and the entire magnet came off with it. I am trying to see if superglue will hold it, but a little disappointed that it failed so quickly.
