I typically purchase generic brand tissues, so that could be the problem, but it’s hard to pull them out. They usually rip on the way so I end up with a bunch of little shreds before I get a usable piece. I tried inserting different sized boxes and taking the tissues out and placing them inside loose - no improvement.
