These are my favorite incontinence pads, and I’ve used them all! I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years, and am now the full time family care giver. When hospitals started switching from the old cloth “mothers pads” to the disposable incontinence pads, a product rep (from Covidien at the time, Cardinal Health bought them out in 2015) came in claiming these could absorb a liter of fluid. Sure enough he dumped a liter of saline on one and we stood amazed. No dripping, no leaking, no tearing, it was amazing. Since that time many other companies have come out with similar products that are better absorbing than the old cloth pads, but none seem to really compare to these. These pads are very soft to the skin softer than some of the cloth pads I’ve seen. They are super absorbent, thick, durable, and can easily be used to shift someone in bed. If you need a pad for open air incontinence these are great, but you may need a couple due to the size. If you need a back up for a brief for a heavy wetter, these are for you. Now that I take care of a family member full time, I want the best, and I’m not constrained to what I have available at the hospital. I have tried all of the brands. Based on quality, cost, and function, these are my go to. My family member goes less frequently in very large amounts, and is unable to turn themself. If that is not the case for you, then more inexpensive pads may be fine, but if you need real absorbency, and the durability to use them for repositioning, these are the best for the cost. If I had unlimited funds, I would buy these same pads but in the larger length. I just can’t justify $5 a pad when I can use two of these, or one of these with a brief for a much lower cost. These underpads are the best. Absorbent & durable! These are not flimsy like others, & I have never even torn one. Only averages out to be about.65 cents per pad! Great price for this product. Highly recommended! Read more

I use them for bed pads, leg wounds cleaning under pads, I use them to wrap my air cushion that prevents bed sores and ulcers. They really are superior to every other pad I have seen and used. They are tough! This company is reliable. Do not waste your time with repeated trips to the drugstore or Walmart for their crummy pads that come apart easily. Unlike the cheap pads you get at drug stores, these do not pill up, shred, or tear. After a good long while they do delaminate a bit on an edge but that is not much of a problem as I have never had all the layers separate. I was afraid Trump would cause an increase in price, but honestly they came down $10 in price instead. I have been in at least 5 hospitals a minimum of twelve times in the last few years and five nursing homes. These are the best pads I have ever seen. 😀 I buy and use them in the long term care facility I am in now. I prefer my own pads to facility owned ones others have been incontinent on. I have been bed bound for the past six years. For various reasons I use them whole, as half sheets or as quarters. Read more

I am incontinent. I must sleep on a thick, quilted, washable cloth pad. Over this I place one of these pads to keep our bed as clean as we can. These work well, sometimes they can even be used if liquid is minimal. Highly recommended! Read more
