Plastic disappointment
Plastic bucket handle broke off the first time I lifted the (empty) bucket. Not off to a good start. Read more
The electric motor is poorly designed and doesn't work.
This product might make ice cream using the hand crank but the electric motor is poorly designed and cannot freeze to 'ice cream' consistency. The hand crank turns the can in one direction and the paddle in the opposite direction which is necessary for the mixing/stirring and freezing operation. The electric motor only turns the can while the paddle remains stationary so it will never freeze as it should. Read more
