These are great, they taste really well and they’re super easy to chew. They’re not hard at all. I think that the collagen gummy’s work really well in enhancing my hair, softness and strength, as well as like my nail beds and my eyelashes and my skin. Collagen is a great thing to take every day for anyone. I think that these are a pretty good value for the money, but I kind of wish that there was more in the bottle. Long time user, first time caller. I bought into the collagen hype years ago with very low expectations and a very high tolerance for gummies that taste like candy. I figured, “These taste good, I’ll take them and we’ll see what happens.” I’ve always gotten the occasional compliment on my hair and skin, but after a few months of taking these, I started noticing I was hearing it a little more often. Now, I do not have before-and-after photos. I do not have scientific proof. I also work out and drink a lot of water, so I can’t say with certainty that these gummies are the reason. I've tried many different collagen supplements but Carlyle stands out from the rest for both safety and quality. While their dosage may not be the highest, do not mistake that for a low potency! Works very well. No issues, even is taken on an empty stomach. Took a star off because it tastes sweeter than even the amt. of sugar it contains should cause it to. The flavor is pleasant.... I will note that I take one other type of collagen, one that focuses only on type 1 & 3 besides this multi-collagen ..... Take one type in the morning, the other at night. I've experienced positive changes not just to hair & nails but also joints..... Before adding collagen to my supplements, NOTHING else worked to alleviate the creaking and crunching in my knees (even though I've been taking fish oil for years and even tried osteo bi-flex for over a decade)....
