negatives about this product: First thing first, as I received my package, I found the charger missing! It should be included in the package according to the manual book. Anyway, I contacted a service assistant and ordered a replacement charger which is on shipping now. I don't know why and I think that the seller just forgot to put the charger in the package. How negligent! Second, the metal part of the scooter poked out from the box and left a hole on it, as shown in pictures. That's really dangerous because the metal part is sharp and hard! It may hurt people who are lifting it. Third, the scooter is not in a really good shape. I found several scrapes and breakages on its body, shown in pictures. These traces might be caused due to poor protection during the freight. It looks like this scooter is not brand new and rather like a second-hand stuff. So, if you are looking for an electric scooter, don't buy those under $500. You can never imagine what kind of nightmare you'll meet with those at bargain prices. Read more

My daughter has been using her scooter for months and it’s perfect. The charging lasts it charges pretty decently fast. The scooter is very durable. She’s fallen a couple of times with barely even scratch on the scooter. This is a great product I would buy over and over and over if I had to. We’ve had it now since Christmas. The media could not be loaded. Recieved my scooter today. It literally took about 3 minutes to open, install the handles and go for a ride. The battery was fully charged when I opened it. "Awesome" A little push and you are on your way. I was able to get up to 15 mph. The scooter has a bell on the handle which is pretty cool to warn someone of your passing. It uses a thumb accelerator on the right handle and has a thumb braking control on the left side. The brake didn't seem to be that great but it's electric so it may just take a little getting used to. It has a light on the front for night time use that's pretty bright. It's easy to fold and unfold for someone on the go. Great for persons who have to park and walk to work or anyone going around a campus. I can't wait for summer to get out and test the limits of the scooter around town. Read more
