Absolutely love this little scooter. I purchased one 2 years ago and it had all the bells and whistles. But the battery wouldn't charge anymore and it would cost $350 for a new one. So I purchased this scooter instead. It's absolutely perfect. Don't need the bells or whistles after all! The seat is very comfortable and the tires are perfect for all those bumps in the road. U have a very bright head light and taillight for night driving. When I got the bike, it was almost completely assembled. And it was packaged perfectly. The battery was already charged so I was able to just ride. I rode the bike to get back and forth to work (⅒ mile away) used it every day for a full month before thinking to myself, hmmm maybe I should try charging it. It wasn't even on e yet. This is my 3rd bike. The first 2 wouldn't last a week let alone a month before needing to be charged. Blows my mind. But it's just a perfect little scooter. Looks sick with the big tires and all black matte paint. Goes just fast enough. Only thing is I wish it had a speedometer and my little bell doesn't work but that's the only negative thing I have to say about this bike. It's come mostly assembled. The charge last forever even at full speed. I travel 16 blocks between properties several times a day and I charge every 2 or 3 days. Only problem i had with this item is that the battery drowned out with in 15 secs of a full charge this happeed 3 weeks after I received it. I left it sit for about 2 weeks. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this item on Dec 10 and it was expected to come around Dec 16/17. To my surprise the item shipped to my house within 3 days. The box was securely packaged inside and out. The instructions for assembly were very easy to follow through. It only took roughly 40 minutes to assemble. I’m a pretty heavy set guy and I’m surprised the speed still topped out at nearly 20 miles person. To be honest this is a solid product. The media could not be loaded. I have had nothing but issues with his bike since we bought it for my son. I purchased it in June. He was able to ride it for maybe two weeks. The first issue was the charger didn’t work. I had to contact the company, wait for them to send it which took about two weeks when the charger came bike was running just fine. My son ran into a bush and damaged the ignition. I pay for the extended warranty through assurion, but they told me I had to use the manufacturers warranty. I contacted Caroma on July 7. I received the replacement ignition on July 21. The company provided me with a video with no sound nor did they let me know which tools I would need. After multiple trips to the hardware store, we were finally able to replace the ignition yesterday. The bike still does not work!! There are no trouble shooting videos on YouTube for this particular bike. This is very frustrating and I am absolutely enraged. It takes very long to get help I pay for an extended warranty that is not helping summer is almost over and my child was unable to enjoy his graduation gift. Read more

Much stronger and faster than my old NIU KQi2. Goes up even a steep hill pretty well. I'm 5'5" about 170. Had someone use it that is 5'9" and over 200...slow take off but once it was goin it was steady. The range is 30 miles and I think it got that after riding it for HOURS.
