The media could not be loaded. I saw a lot of negative reviews about food sticking. I think that’s often related to not knowing how to use a stainless steel pan in general. They should really put this info in the manual btw. You need to preheat it for about 5 minutes on medium high heat. Then do a “water bead check” (see my video). Pour in a little bit of water. If it immediately forms a bead and dances around, it’s ready. Turn the heat down to medium. Enough heat is already trapped in the pan, so you don’t need high heat. Add at least 1-2 tbsp oil to coat the bottom and cook like normal. It’s been cooking beautifully for me. Scrambled eggs, pot stickers, etc. No sticking and easy to clean. I expect this pan to last me years, as long as the screw attaching the handle holds up. That seems like the weakest spot. Read more

I do not know how this product could receive so many five star reviews. It is not a nonstick pan. The item was well packaged and looked nice. It came supplied with a screwdriver to install a handle, which I started to use until I realized the screwdriver supplied was a P1 and the screw is a P2. Assembled it with an appropriate screwdriver and hand washed it. I applied to liberal amount of avocado oil and scrambled two eggs. It seems nearly half an egg was stuck to the pan. There are two photos attached one of the pan after cooking two eggs and the other after scrubbing it for several minutes trying to get it clean. I bought this product about a month ago because I was sick of using my toxic Teflon pans so I decided to give this a try and I watched a couple TikTok’s on how to properly use and take care of them and I was happy to say that I was pleased with this product, especially for the price. You always want to make sure to get the pan hot before you cook anything so it doesn’t stick. Its size is good for basic meals, but I would also look into getting a 12 inch. The pan is quite good, I use it to cook three meal in a day. In the morning, I usually use it to fried eggs and reheat the bread. Arrived promptly and packaged well. Easy to put handle on. Much larger and deeper than I expected although I did read the size/dimensions. I LOVE it. I am trying to avoid using any pots or pans with teflon or other coating. This pan is thick. Got it at a great price during whatever Amazon deal they had that particular day. Don’t use it to cook eggs or it’ll set your fire alarm off every time. It does okay with some dishes, but absolutely horrible for eggs. They stick to it like glue. Read more
