I liked the double wrap feature of this brace, but when I tried it on, it was WAY too small. the second wrap does not reach all around my wrist to latch on to the velcro spot. It is completely unusable without wrapping it so tightly that it cuts off circulation to the hand (if you can get it to wrap at all). Returned. Read more

It's fairly easy to use, honestly, it is untuitive to use it, I didn't need to have instructions, though it does come with some.
