This is a great stabilizer for carpal tunnel symptoms. It's the style of brace I prefer, and if I could only have one, it would be this kind. I find it somewhat too restrictive for daily activities so I only use it through the day when the pain is bad, since limited movement reminds me not to do things that make the pain worse. I can still type with it on (if a bit slower) but not grip a pencil. It's ideal for night use. It's comfortable and stable enough to immobilize my hand in a natural position when I'm sleeping so that I wake up in far less pain. The medium fits well on a small to average adult female wrist. The media could not be loaded. Having developed carpal tunnel, I needed a brace to keep my hand and my thumb stabilized so I was looking for something in pink to do it and it turned out. This was the best one I had. It’s not too hard and it’s not too soft. It accommodates your body. It’s my favorite color pink. It does adjust and it doesn’t loosen up at all. Make sure you know your wrist size so that you don’t get one that’s too small or too big in the wash ability, hand wash and then hand dry only and I love the design. Nice, well made wrist brace, easy to put on. So glad I could get it in a pretty color since I have to wear one every where I go due to crippling arthritis in my wrist. It is the same brace I bought a number of years ago in gray that lasted very well and washed up nice in my washing machine. Very durable while completing a number of tasks. Very comfortable! I only wore mine for about an hour yesterday after I first got it, but I really like it so far. There is a soft piece of fabric that goes underneath the Velcro to provide a comfortable barrier so it’s not rubbing against your skin. The brace just feels like it hits in the right spots and provides really good, comfortable support. I use this while I’m typing to provide support for my wrist to keep the pain from flaring up. I don't get pain in my left wrist very often, but when I do it can last for days, and I know it just needs some stability for awhile. I used to have a brace very similar to this years ago, but somewhere between my many moves, it got lost. And it wasn't as pretty as this one. This one is so comfortable and easy to use. And it fits like a glove (figuratively and literally). Just stick your hand in, position it just right and tighten. It even has Velcro. No need to hassle with buckles or snaps.
