Bought this because of my hand going numb at night while sleeping. So far, it's worked great! Haven't experienced much numbness (a little bit in ny thumb only) and sleeping through the night finally. I did pull out the metal plate inside. I didn't like it that stiff. Was not the right one for me 😞😞. To tight on my thumb and the inside felt funny and very uncomfortable the outside closure doesn't matter to much there are only 2 at the top below the fingers and at the bottom below the elbow just past the wrist, it needs a 3rd below the thumb directly on the wrist without the 3rd closure I don't have the comfort I need. Then there is the metal bar that supports the shape of the whole thing IF it stays in the area that it's meant to be, a small opening just at the bottom on the inside. This one was just not right. Would like to give 0 stars for pain relief but you can't. If you can get a better one then you should. Read more

I thought this came with both right and left hands, but it’s just ONE that can go on either hand. With that being said I tested one first and definitely ordered the second one after my first night of sleep with it on. I don’t have carpel tunnel, but being in the service industry I know it’s in my future. As soon as I got pregnant my arms kept falling asleep at night. The whole arm down to the hands. I made multiple chiropractor trips and complained to my doctor, nothing really helped. A nurse friend suggested sleeping with splints and these are AMAZING.
