Cramps in my hand has decreased
I really have no idea how or why this works, but it's worked for me! My cramps have decreased considerably, and when they do occur, they don't wake me up (I usually wake up for something else and realize my hand is slightly cramped). Last night I had to take it off in the middle of the night because I had put it on a little too tight and the cramping due to carpal tunnel syndrome was enormous. Read more
Braces applied pressure that caused pain
