Worth the money, do not put soap in the machine
I wish amazon showed how many reviews I write bc it is not many. I have had multiple carpet cleaners, most that are floor with attachments and the attachments always work best. I use to have a cleaning business, and could never use an attachment only cleaner for clients. However, I'm out of that business and was looking for something for my home. I have a 5 year old and this is perfect for spills on the carpet or rug. I've cleaned my couch and rug and now I'm doing sections of my living room. I am of the opinion that it's soaps and oils that has been ruining my carpet cleaners and air purifiers. Use water only in the machine and put some Totally Awesome in a spray bottle, mist over the carpets to losen the dirt, heavier on spots. Good for dog accidents. And for the dog that marks everything. We have even used it after the washer machine flooded to dry the carpet. We use it all the time. Read more
Going back to Bissell
The media could not be loaded. I got one that leaked from the hose right where it goes into the machine. Poor suction. VERY plastic and cheap. The plastic containers to hold the clean and dirty water are horrible to get on and off; no place for your fingers to grip especially when your hands are wet from water and suds. Tried to save a buck, unfortunately I don't think a cheaper tag is worth it. Read more
