To give you a sense of the scale: the shirt and cardigan measure 6 inches from neckline to front hem, the cardigan sleeves are 5 inches long, and the shorts are 5 inches from waist to crotch. Perfectly proportioned little pieces. The quality is seriously impressive for baby clothing. Every piece is 100% cotton, which is a huge win for sensitive newborn skin. Everything feels substantial and well-made, the elastic waistband on the shorts is soft with just the right amount of stretch, and the snaps on the cardigan feel solid and sturdy. This is one of the softest newborn sets that I've felt. The best way to describe the material is 'cozy' and frankly, I'm jealous that some tops aren't made from this for adults. As with any newborn item you will wash this a lot. It only seems to get softer each time I've washed it. This washes very well and comes out the same size after a wash and dry. You will be able to pass this down in excellent condition once your baby outgrows it. I think it's adorable. The soft blue on here is beautiful.
