My wife and I really like the idea of a cordless hand mixer. Although we don’t use a hand mixer often, when we do it’s nice to have that flexibility and portability. It is very attractive and feels good in the hand. It has nice controls for simple ease of use and discharge of the beaters. However, this mixer has a 2000 mah battery pack, which to me seems rather small, especially for the physical size. I have rechargeable AAA batteries that are 2800 mAh. So, I’m not sure how long it can be used without having to recharge it. The initial charge took almost 9 hours which is a very slow charge time. It attaches magnetically and firmly which is a great feature. I’m also not pleased with the beaters. They are simply wires instead of the traditional formed flatter blades of traditional mixers. They’re more like whisks than beaters. The whisks are very nice and of a good size. Time will tell as we get a chance to use here soon and I will update this review. Read more

Cordless is the way to go. I have another hand mixer that's corded. It's a small thing, but having to plug it in is a pain. I have so much more freedom with this cordless mixer. I don't need to be near an outlet, obviously. It's also smaller and weighs less than our other one. Read more
