Worth it!

I started trying these because I noticed such a strong soap smell on my dishes that would linger and transfer over to the food. This took care of that problem! Now my dishwasher doesn’t have a strong soap smell, and my dishes (specifically silicone utensils) don’t taste like soap! Still works well on cleaning the dishes, but I scrub them off before going in the dishwasher anyways. Read more

We've tried just about every dish washing detergent out there, and these Cascade Free & Clear Dishwasher Pods are the best. You get what you pay for as these are not cheap, but they save time as everything comes out clean and spotless. The pods take some getting use to, but are actually more convenient than uncorking a bottle every time you want to start the machine up. Clear glasses really sparkle and there's no residue, So get happy and use these for one less thing to worry about. Read more

Cleans well. One pod is good enough for a heavy load. I'm usually very avoidant of scents (laundry detergent, hand soap, face wash, etc.). There's a slight scent, but it's pretty innocuous and light. Dissipates quickly and doesn't linger like other dishwasher detergent. Before this I was using Seventh Generation powder and pods. More recently, I've been left with a lot of residue and insufficient cleaning, so I made a switch. Very happy with Cascade Free & Clear. Read more
