The pods take some getting use to, but are actually more convenient than uncorking a bottle every time you want to start the machine up. These pods do a great job of cleaning. I never rinse anything and virtually everything comes off. The term free and clear is a little misleading, as it does have a mild lemony scent, that I find to be just fine. The price is at the top end, but so is the performance. Read more

These clean my dishes in my dishwasher better than the original cascade pods that are purple and blue. Occasionally there will be white residue on plastic or metal dishes if there was originally something greasy on them before going in the dishwasher. These don’t have a strong scent either Read more

Cleans well. One pod is good enough for a heavy load. I'm usually very avoidant of scents (laundry detergent, hand soap, face wash, etc.). There's a slight scent, but it's pretty innocuous and light. Dissipates quickly and doesn't linger like other dishwasher detergent. Before this I was using Seventh Generation powder and pods. More recently, I've been left with a lot of residue and insufficient cleaning, so I made a switch. Very happy with Cascade Free & Clear. Read more
