I purchased a new Motorola Moto G phone and ordered this case. I was so pleased with it when it arrived because it was attractive and looked as though it would be durable. I noticed when I started received phone calls the screen would go black before I could answer the call, so I was missing all of my calls. Other than that there was nothing wrong with the phone. To make a very frustratingly long story short, I took the phone back to Verizon. A salesman spent at least 45 minutes checking the phone settings and calling a help desk for information. He said I would receive a new phone in a few days and have to mail back the phone I had only purchased days before. Right before we left the Verizon Store, my husband suggested I remove the case. When I did he called my phone and I was able to see the screen and answered the call. I put the case back on and when my husband called me again, the phone screen remained black so I was not able to answer the call. We took the case on and off several times (so did the salesman) and every time the case was on the phone, the screen remained black when a call came in. We did everything we could to insure that the case was aligned correctly, but it just kept causing the phone to not work properly. I really liked the colors and appearance of this case and wanted to keep it, but it simply did not work with my phone. I ended up purchasing a much more expensive case that was plain black from Verizon. I don't like the way it looks, but my phone is working fine. Read more
