This is the best case I owned in a long time, possibly ever. Not only is it super cute, but it protects the phone and is durable. The fit is very snug and it was a bit challenging to get on the first time. However, it is so well made I don’t mind. I’ve had the spooky birthday pattern for iPhone 15 for months and it still looks brand new. None of the graphics are fading and despite being dropped a few times, there’s not a mark on it. After seeing the casetify brand rising in popularity I decided to give this case a go along with 6 or 7 others when I got my new iPhone 16 pro max. I ordered cases from $9-60 and this case was in the low $40 range, but you could never tell. The camera control button now on the 16 pro’s and each cases unique way of working with it turns out to be huge, even if you have zero intention of using it. It’s in such an important spot that the cases who cheap out and just use a cutout in the hard outer bumper like Casetify snd most $7-12 cases just feels cheap and is uncomfortable when gripped with your hand like normal. It’s ridged and uncomfortable. Plus it makes it very difficult to access and use. There’s a reason only the very cheapest cases do this and anything decent, especially apples cases use some form of floating pcb glass to bring the camera control button to the same level as the rest of the case. For both feel in hand as well as ease of use. And like I said, Casetify clearly cares more about building a brand than a quality case, and I think it’ll Work its way back out of existence as quickly as it came To be. They seem to invest more of your money in making the stupidest thinnest eco friendly packaging possible than the actual product, which again just shows they only care about a fake image. Additionally, the entire rest of the case feels cheap, hard, and slippery…. Seriously, the lowest grade TPU, and polycarbonate, if it’s even PC…. Feels worse than a wet bar of soap, and somehow cases with a solid actual glass back are grippier. Anyway, and their customer service sucks… badly…. You can’t even initiate a return through Amazon, you have to use the seller chat thing which is worthless and slow and designed to help you less. I was going to return it after spending literally 12 seconds on my phone, however since it showed up almost a week late for no reason, i was gone on an extended vacation and didn’t get back to try it and return it until the last day of the 30 day return period, and when sending a chat message which was my only option to request a return, I was messaged back after a couple days saying sorry I got a damaged case or something like that and to upload photos and they could look into it. I said there’s no damage, it’s a crappy case and I don’t want it, and when Casetify finally responded 2 days later and said it was now 31 days and they cannot offer any return…. Seriously? I described the situation again and they just kept going in circles saying it’s now X days past and they can’t help. Never have I been so frustrated with a seller on Amazon, or any online seller I can remember in the last decade. Going to file an A-Z claim and never buy this crappy brand again TLDR: buy literally any case and it will be better, specifically any $11-$14 case will knock the pants off of this crappy brand. I absolutely love this case. It is a bit hard to put on and take off my phone. You also can’t store anything between the case without it bulging out and not fitting correctly. Other than that the price is a little on the high-end, but I believe for the quality it is a good case. You also can’t have camera covers with the case because there is not enough space for that. The back of the case is not smooth it is the texture of the design which personally I like. I am scared to stick anything on the back in fear of ruining the design though. The colors are exactly like the photo listed. and in the two months I have had it, it is holding up very nicely. Read more
