Very effective very useful. I spent $7 I needed it 10 days was the best thing I ever bought. I was able to pull it over my right cast with my left hand. Getting it off is easy my cast never once got wet. It's fairly comfortable it does leave a red ring around your arm that disappears shortly. It was so much easier to use than any garbage bag or press conceal. Seems like it would be able to be used to repeat the for quite a fair amount of time. The picture shows the mark the sleeve left.
