Very effective very useful. I spent $7 I needed it 10 days was the best thing I ever bought. I was able to pull it over my right cast with my left hand. Getting it off is easy my cast never once got wet. It's fairly comfortable it does leave a red ring around your arm that disappears shortly. My wife needed to keep casts on both wrists from getting wet to shower. We got these and wow, they really worked well. the tops keep the water out and she was able to shower without any worries. Nice when a product works as advertised. She has smaller arms and they worked well for her. Size was about right. Not sure how they would do on a child but worked beautifully for her.
