I was hesitant to buy these shoes. I never shopped for shoes on Amazon because I have small feet I wear a 6 and sometimes 51/2 I always run into shoes being too large. These boots fit nicely with thicker socks. Good quality too. I’m so happy I bought them . One box came with shoe inserts which was an added bonus. The box is pretty too. They also sent a little brochure to Oder other shoes Another plus : I ordered my shoes at the same time 12/26/20. But due to the holidays and Covid, one box must have gotten lost in transit., When I contacted the customer they immediately responded and was in constant contact with me, I was so surprised . I love the boots. They have a great color (I bought the tan suede) and feel amazing for being as high as they are. I ended up wanting a refund because the toe was too tight on my feet and the toe is very pointy which bothered me. After going back and forth with them, they gave me a refund of $1.27. I tried to cancel the order and they kept insisting I try them so I did. After I did and I didnt like them, no help or any attempt to refund me ALL of my money. So now I have a pair of boots that dont fit me well, I cant get my money back ($1.27 is ALL they sent me), and the customer service, which answered within an hour hasnt texted me back in over 2 days. They're great boots but if you don't get the size right you will get no help from them. The heel height is also slightly above 5 inches. I wear heels very often and rarely wear anything that is smaller than 4inches. These are pretty and feel like they are made well (not genuine leather of course) but are very uncomfortable! The arch of the heel isn’t comfortable and you will feel like you are walking on your tippy toes. Read more
