I expected to love this outfit. I ordered it to wear on a cruise but when it arrived the top was just not what I expected. This is actually THREE SEPARATE PIECES: the pants, the tube top, and the neck tie. I very much expected the top to be ONE piece and I also expected it to fit tighter. This was so baggy on me it looked terrible and I have D cup boobs so being baggy around the chest is not something I am used to. Read more
