It is truly water proof, and it says it supports mag safe, but the magnetic hold is very weak, so I could not use it all the time. Not being able to use the case all the time basically meant that I had to switch it back and forth. When you put the case on, you have to remove any screen and camera protection. If you take those off, you can't reuse them, so you are throwing them away each time you switch. It is just too much trouble. It was simply not a good choice for me, because I mount my phone and charge it using magsafe all the time, and, especially in the car, it is just not strong enough. Read more

I bought the Catalyst case for my iPhone 16 Pro, as I work in the maritime construction industry. I need a phone case that can protect my phone from all sorts of hazards, be it water, dirt, mud, impacts, etc. It is waterproof and will protect your phone from just about every hazard you could imagine. It's also easy to clean if your phone gets dirty. Just wash it in the sink or even a hose. I also like that you can attach lanyards or straps to the corners of the case if you want that additional fall protection. Only downside to the case is on hard impacts/falls, the back panel will separate from the rest of the case and you will have to snap it closed again to ensure proper protection again. Read more
