Not as good as her others
I am almost 54, have tons of workout dvds and I do like most of Cathe's that I have This one I feel like not enough sets and you really have to go very heavy to feel something. Only two sets of 3 exercise's. Also wasted 2 min breaks for them trying to change weights every time just didnt flow that great too slow. So I would say just OKAY must use heavy weights and maybe add on another set to feel something but just basic excercises for full body woudl say good for beginners Read more
