I love the look of this fan. You do need to read carefully about how the remote works as it won’t work with normal light switches without mfg controller according to instructions. It does warn about this. We had wired switch for light and fan because we didn’t know what fab we’d purchase. So we just leave in on position and use the remote. I need to call mfg to better understand this. But works fine from remote and comes with wall mount so you won’t lose it. It does by default have an annoying (at least to me) beep each time you select something on the remote. Thankfully that can be turned off just read the instructions. Otherwise that would have deducted a star for me. It’s sturdy looking fan, installed easily although admittedly I paid my electrician to do it because I was doing entire room finish and I don’t like to mess with electrical. Quiet fan, great output, rated for outdoors so I might put this on my porch as well as it generates a great deal of air movement. Light has settings for warm and daylight and dimmable all from remote. And you can reverse for summer winter from remote which is great so you don’t have to get the ladder out! I did find the remote required me to read instructions as a few buttons were not obvious. But once you read/learn it’s fine and makes sense. Trying to find out more about this mfg wall controller that can only get from them but no phone number, website or email to contact them. I’m seriously getting frustrated with purchasing things on Amazon that I like but can’t get support for parts. So what happens if something fails. It’s expected we live in a disposable world. I left Amazon message for seller and hope to hear back. Fan still runs fine. But when entering a dark room I firing out which button on the remote turns it on is not always easy. Very nice fan. We mounted it outside in a covered patio and found it to be low noise if any. Installation was typical for a fan but with the remote receiver size it was a challenge to place it inside the mount. Many wires to deal with. Overall it’s very nice looking, has variable speeds and three different brightness options. The blades move a nice volume of air as well. Read more

This fan is very attractive, is a reasonable price and, operates well and very quietly while moving the air much better than our old fan did, and the LED light dims from very bright to a very low subtle light. It shipped fairly quickly and was well packaged. The install video on the Amazon item page is very good, much easier than using the manual. However, the install did not go well, because 2 small but vital parts were missing. (Thus the 4-star rating). My fan was missing the clevis pin and the hitch clip that holds the down rod to the fan motor. A bit disappointing. Strange thing is that these 2 parts are not listed in the parts list as they are supposed to come already attached on either the fan motor (as shown on the video) or the down rod (as shown in the manual). Well, mine didn't come with these 2 parts on anything or anywhere in the packaging and preventing me from installing the new fan after already removing the old one. I contacted the seller and the next day I received a very professional response apologizing and offering 2 options to resolve the issue asap. He was very helpful and polite. I had the fan up and running the next day. It all worked out but was very frustrating and makes you wonder a bit about their packaging quality control. In spite of this, I assume this was a one-off packaging error and I appreciate their great customer service. I would buy this fan again if I needed another one. My only product recommendation is that the light on this fan (which works great and is dimmable via the remote control) is just a bit too big in my opinion (but not my wife's). Perhaps in a future version they could design it a bit smaller or maybe in a way that does not require the white plastic dome. We mounted this on an outside covered patio, and it looks great!
