It is the perfect length and cut. The waist bands is wide and it hits perfect to flatten out that little extra fluff. You can pull it up or down on your waist and no matter what you do it looks great. It doesn’t really look like leather, which is what I typed in the search, but I sent 3 other skirts back and kept this one. This skirt was super cute and worked for the purpose I needed it for (themed birthday party). It fit as expected and had a nice amount of stretch. When I first opened it, I was shocked and didn't think it was going to fit, but the stretch was great. It was super flattering. The main issue that I had was that it rides up as you walk. This was perfect for the “event” I attended but it is SHORT like as -in -if you drop something, it’s just gone and you call the loss, unless you have someone else pick it up… there is no bend at the knees, hold thighs together kind of bending over either but if you don’t bend over AT ALL - you’ll be fine! I love this skirt! It fits like a glove. Accentuates and hugs my curves. I DID have to fold the top over bc it was a bit too long. Fine after. Walking in it is another story. Every 5 ft I had to pull it down because it kept riding up on my backside. Perhaps a big butt girl problem. The media could not be loaded. This skirt is great! It fits very well if they had an extra small I would’ve gotten that but the sizing really isn’t an issue. I work as a cocktail waitress and I have to wear black so this is perfect with wearing any shirts or with a bodysuit. I’ve had other skirts like that that are longer and they make a swishing noise when you are because they were pencil skirt style and so far with this no swishing which is amazing. You can definitely wear this in the summertime and in the winter time so every season you can always add knee-high socks or tights to meet your needs. I also love that it’s not too shiny it’s a matte faux leather. Things that are too shiny to me to seem very tacky. Also it is very stretchy so definitely if you’re worried about sizing I would say there is definitely room there for a few extra inches so I’d say perhaps go down a size If you are considering a medium a small might fit you perfectly. Great skirt, so much in so after buying the initial faux leather one, I bought a second one. Saw they had neon pink and ordered one of those. It's great just like the first one I ordered, but the color is NOT Neon Pink. It is basically a mix between Watermelon pink (#FE7F9C) and Coral pink (#FE7D6A). It still looks great, but is not the color advertised. And yes, as others have mentioned, you'll have lines since it's thin. Pantyhose helps minimize it. Read more
