Took a gamble on this cup liner, as I have an older 2017 Tesla Model 3, the very first year they began manufacturing them! I figured, since there were so many shared components with the Model Y, it might fit... and sure enough I was right! This cup liner fits perfectly in my car, and it not only fits perfectly but works perfectly, too. Installation is a breeze- just drop it in and it settles into place. Feels like a premium product, thick enough to stand the test of time but not so thick as to cause any inconvenience or prevent you from placing cups or other items into the cup holder. Cleaning is pretty straightforward- just remove from the cup holder and wipe down or wash with soap and water as you see fit. What a small addition to the car that has a BIG impact on cleanliness! This is a twin cup holder coaster for newer Tesla Model3 Highland and Model Y Juniper vehicles. It provides protection against spills or sweaty soda cans. These are custom fit and, I can confirm on the Model 3, fit very snugly. After install, they look like they were factory installed. I had previously tried a pair of coasters that fit loosely and looked like an afterthought. These look sharp, fit well but still be easily removed for cleaning. SIDENOTE: I had a friend who owned a used car lot…he once told me he could tell how well a car had been maintained by just looking at the condition of the cup holders. What am I reviewing? I am evaluating Tuskety Store's Model Y [TPE] Center Console Cup Coaster. Do you have any comments regarding the listing title? Yes, I do. There is reference to “TPU” in the listing’s title, however, the coaster clearly is marked TPE. Additionally, the listing suggests this [only] fits Model Y years 2025 – 2026, i.e., Tesla’s “Juniper” model. Wrong, this fits pre-juniper Model Y’s perfectly too. Giftable? Hmm, this arrived in a non-retail mylar type zip to seal envelope, not very impressive for presentation purposes. Otherwise, yes, this would make an appropriate gift. The envelope measured about tape-sealed cellophane like package that measured 8” x 4”. Weight of the coaster? About (31) grams, which is a fraction over one (1) ounce. Why did I select this? I was tired of my metal thermos banging down in the cup holders and other drinks spilling into them, making them dirty . Was this an appropriate solution? Yes. Do these help keep my cup holders clean? Yes. Fit This fits perfectly in any year Model Y, it is easy to insert, remove, clean, and return. It works like a charm. Made of? My inspection finds the coaster to be made from TPE [Thermoplastic Elastomer]; it is firm, but yet soft and pliable, high in quality and generally considered as being non-toxic; it possesses no smell, nor odors, but is not buttery soft, it’s a tad smooth rather than being grippy, but is not slippery. Plus, it looks like an OEM part – although I wish they did have different colors or a colorful logo; which would make it more fashionable. Value When also considering price, I opine I received fair but no exceptional value. I think the price on these should be less than their current (December 2025) retail cost. Country of origin? Made in China Timesaver? Yes, when it’s time to clean. Is this perfect? Hmm, I have no significant complaints. Rating? The fit is seem-less and make the cup holder looks and feel premium. Not only its provide protection against spills but its provide a slit that divides the cup holder without bulging up the cup holder. Besides that it very easy to remove and clean. Read more
