I've been wanting a space heater with a remote for a very long time. About a year or so ago, I purchased a couple of other heaters just like this, but the plastic smell was so strong (even after letting it run for a while), I couldn't bear it. I randomly chose this one, to give it another try and I obviously landed on something great. The heat output is exactly what I needed, and it's quiet. I haven't tried the timer, so I don't know how well that works. The oscillating feature works perfectly. My only complaint is that the markings for each function on top of the heater are difficult to see (no back lighting, and they should have a more bold print). Since I mainly use my remote, it's not an issue. Very happy with this heater. Read more

I was leery getting this but am very glad. It's small but packs a punch as strong as a bigger older one I have. I actually appreciate the smaller size, the big space taker is not needed! This works great. It would easy heat a room but I use in the bathroom in winter. I bought two and am not disappointed at all.
