I’ve been using the CeraVe Anti‑Aging Retinol Serum for a couple weeks, and while I can’t see a big difference yet, I can definitely feel that it’s doing something. The texture is lightweight, it absorbs quickly, and it doesn’t irritate my skin. I like that it has hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and ceramides — it feels gentle but still like it’s working in the background. I bought CeraVe Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid, Skin Brightening Serum for Face with 10% Pure Vitamin C, Fragrance Free, 1 Fl. Oz because it's fragrance free. I apply Clinique face lotion before applying this. My face has not had any problems with redness or burning. It is not greasy. It absorbed and does not pill. It has made my face feel smoother. NOT One Percent Retinol!
“Rufus” quotes a customer as saying that this serum is one percent retinol. However I could not find any info on the website or the packaging that stated the percentage of retinol. The product appears to be weak in retinol and doesn’t do a good job when it comes to anti aging. I’m going to stick with Paula’s Choice one percent retinol serum and similar serums that actually state how much retinol is in the product. Read more
