This pillow has helped my neck and back pain tremendously. It has helped me sleep better. It is very comfortable. I am a side sleeper, I use a mouth cover under nose C-pap, and I have to have my arm, whichever side I am on... under the corner of my pillow. A lot of quirks I know! There is on the corners of the pillow the perfect indentation for arms. Oh my gosh...I never dreamed there was a pillow made just for me! The firmness is wonderful., It really is just right. It has a warranty of one year. I think that is incredible. The shape is great for for ease of movement while turning over. It also has an indentation in the middle, for your ears. I have had to move many times because my ear felt like it had no circulation with other pillows. Not the case with this pillow! Laying on your back the indentation feels so good on the back of your head, Its very relaxing. I am surprised you can get a pillow of this quality for such a great price. I had a $60 pillow that did not hold a candle to this one. I used a water pillow....not good. C-pap pillow...no way...too thick! I don't often take the time to write reviews, but this product/pillow actually delivers on its promise. I am thinking another one for the other side of the bed, then I always have one with a clean cover, because I hang dry my pillow slips, and covers. Recently I have experience back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, I have taken med, went to see doctors, chiropractor, massage therapist, none of them seems to get the pain to go away, I decided I need a better pillow for my neck so I looked up orthopedic pillow and found this. I mean why not i tried everything and the pain is still there. I bought this based on the good review . It arrived in a clear plastic rolled up inside, upon opening it will unroll itself. The pillow have a good weight to it, it is a good size that will cover your head from center or when you roll over to sleep on the side. The memory foam itself is very nice its not too firm or soft but firm enough to support your neck and head which gives you comfort. The moment you put your head on it you can feel that the fabric is cool to touch which would help you sleep. There is two height on the pillow if you turn it around, you will just have to see which side you like better. The pillow case have a zipper on the bottom which you can take the memory foam out and wash the cover itself which is very nice. The pillow itself is very good quality and very sturdy, I slept with this pillow for 1 night and when I woke up I can tell its working because my pain is much less than the day before and my neck just feel like its more natural in its own spot. Even if you don't have any pain, I recommend this pillow to help keep your body sleep naturally the way it should for good posture. I am going to more so everyone in my family will have one. Definitely wait 24-36 hours before using. It shaped up for me after about 30 hours and it was such a great pillow to fall asleep on. I got this to see if my other pillow was the culprit behind my lack of ability to fall asleep and behind the the neck pain I've been getting in recent weeks. I'm happy with the purchase for the deal it was on. I wouldn't have paid full price though. It has helped with my neck pain, I can give you that much. I do like how the sides support my head and neck as well. It's soft, yet firm at the same time. Very comfortable pillow. I just haven't been able to find which way suits me best just yet. It holds it's shape and the size is fine, no bigger than a normal memory foam pillow. I gave it four stars because I feel that the dip where you place your head doesn't adequately fit or support the neck where those cushions are. I have to adjust my head to feel the neck support and sometimes that's just an awkward position so I start off on my side bc it's more comfortable. No weird smell to it and it seems to be quite durable. I would recommend this pillow to anyone struggling with neck pain, just take these notes into consideration before buying, as everyone sleeps in different positions and their heads are comfortable in different ways than others.
