As a side sleeper who just recently started experiencing neck pain, I had high hopes after reading the mostly positive reviews. But after 2 weeks of using this pillow, I've decided to return it. Not sure if I just have an usually short neck or what, but the shape & contour of the pillow absolutely did not fit to the shape of my neck & shoulder. I found the pillow to be incredibly awkward to lay down on at the beginning of the night, having to adjust & move multiple times before I could get in a position where I could fall asleep, but I found that my head would then migrate to the outer edges (the really high part) through the course of the night. I tried flipping it around to use the 'shorter' side, but still could not get a comfortable fit to my neck, shoulder & head. This neck pillow is probably good for neck pain, it's not really good for people with sinus issues as it is lying flat on your back with no drainage. Not the fault of the pillow and I hate to leave such a mediocre rating with only 3 stars, however it's not good for me personally. I gave it a month to try it out, and my neck does feel a bit better, but I can't use it all night, which defeats the purpose. So for those who don't have nasal issues, it's probably pretty good. I don't have a bed that raises my head, I think it would work with that type of bed. Just my 2 cents, but not a product for me. Read more
I’ve slept on this pillow for months and I love it. I still get occasional neck pain but does not compare to the neck pain I get on a regular pillow. I don’t even use the pillows on my bed anymore. I do wish there were specific pillow cases for these because it’s not going with my aesthetic of my room. Read more
A pillow, regardless of composition and shape...should be soft. This pillow is very firm...far too firm...for me anyways. After only a couple hours of sleeping on it, it had my head feeling as if i had beel sleeping on contoured, wooden surface, resulting in pain. The contours formed into the pillow dont feel natural. I will say that it seems to be made well and looks nice...but for me...this pillow is the most uncomfortable pullow i have ever owned. Read more
This was not what I expected at all. As soon as you open it you are punched in the face with a very strong chemical smell. Then you realize this pillow is small. It is not a normal size pillow. It’s extremely squishy. It squishes down to almost nothing. One side is way too low to support your neck. The other side is so high that my head didn’t fully touch the pillow. I could not even fall asleep on this pillow so I can’t tell you what it felt like to sleep on it. I sent it back the next day. Would not recommend! Read more

Just did not work for me. The lower part that cradles your head was not big enough for my big noggin and I felt uncomfortable pressure. May work for other more petite people, just speaking from my experience. Gave it to a family member. Read more
