It came wrapped tight but not vacuum sealed. It's almost the size of a standard pillow not a queen and has a silky outer material (not removable). I'm a retired vet with alot of upper back and neck pain and pillows have been such an enemy until this thing. I'm a side sleeper and use a cpap machine that works better when I'm on my back.
