I was experiencing stiffness in my neck for days, which I frequently do. I purchased a firmer traditional pillow, but it didn't help. I didn't get any relief from the neck stiffness until I purchased this Cervical Pillow that a friend recommended. The media could not be loaded. I really was skeptical about buying this pillow, even after doing the research on this design. I really though the shape was laughable but this pillow is the real deal. It's much more affordable than the name brands or more expensive "ergo" types. But it does the job. I haven't had any shoulder pain, neck pain or swelling from sleeping on my arms in two weeks. It's odd. It seems kinda small. My arm doesn't fit in the arm place. My ear doesn't fit in the ear hole. From either the high or low side. It smells pretty bad. It's hard to find the spot that is actually comfortable. At first there's this feeling that my neck is being kind of compressed or something and I have to wriggle and move and reposition to find just the right spot. But, that said, it's pretty soft but also firm at the same time. It came with an extra sham style cover I wasn't expecting so bonus. And I had no neck pain upon waking up this morning. So that's good?? I guess. I think it is probably most comfortable for back sleepers, tho. I'm a side sleeper Undecided if I'm gonna keep it. Read more

This pillow is not helping me, feel like it made the problem worse. I have constant neck and back pain and thought it would help.
