I absolutely love my new pillow!! It has helped with the pain I was feeling in my neck. It is cool to the touch, which will be nice in the summer. It only took one day to fluff up to its full size. There is no odor when you open the package or when you sleep on it. It is so comfy. It fits a queen size pillow case in length, but doesn’t fill it as full as my last pillow, but that’s ok. This pillow is just the right thickness and firmness that I was looking for. It is higher on one side than the other than the other side, giving you a choice in the height you want. It is well made and looks like it will last a long time. My cats also love this pillow. The first night was a fight as to who was going to sleep on the pillow lol, I won!! I don’t wake up during the night like I was doing with my old foam pillow. The only time I wake up now is if the cat has taken over the pillow and I feel them pushing against my head. I've only slept one night with it, but if how I felt when I woke up this morning is any indication of what I will feel in the future, then I would say buy this pillow! I don't have a sense of smell so I can't say anything about that. My quality of sleep was excellent, my neck support was acceptable, the pillow was neither too soft or too firm. I slept on my side (both) as well as my back with no problem. I have many pillows in my bedroom that I have purchased over the years but none have met this many of my needs. Delivery was quick. Opened and let it expand and rest for a few days. No smell or issue like that when I started using the pillow. Started to use for a few days to get used to it and that was going well. I used the higher side of the pillow. As a side sleeper it provided very good support for my neck and head and allowed room for my shoulders as well. Very comfortable and my sleep number scores were in the 90s - so I was very satisfied and happy. But then my wife decided the pillow looked interesting to her, so she took it and decided to try it. She is also a side sleeper, but she used the lower side of the pillow. She found it supportive and comfortable and has used for the last few weeks. Needless to say, it was gone for me! But that's OK, because my wife is getting better sleep now, which is very good! So the pillow was good for both of us. These pillows will take some time to adjust to as your neck and cervical spine change position. There is a two week period at the minimum for your body adjusting to this new alignment. There is some inconsistency with the make of the pillows as I bought two and one is slightly higher and firmer than the other. There is a 24 hour break-in period after you remove the pillow from the plastic packaging to let it air out and expand, so do not use it until that time is over. The pillowcase is very soft and smooth and it says it can be washed, however I found it impossible to unclasp the blue plastic circle closure at the center of the pillow. There are no instructions explaining how to remove the pillowcase and you will tear the material trying to force it. Terrible design! One of the pillowcases had some material fraying at the seam and I couldn't get in touch with the manufacturer to get it replaced. The pillows have helped with my neck pain, but some days are worse than others. I am still adjusting to using a cervical neck pillow so it takes some time. I am a back and side sleeper, but the pillows are fine in either position. There is a lower side and a higher side for neck support, and you'll have to try either side to see which is more comfortable. There are many options for cervical neck pillows and this is my first experience with them. Do your research and if this brand seems like the right fit for you give them a try. No one will be able to decide for you until you try them yourself where comfort is key. Good luck and happy healing! So after trying this pillow for two days I notice a big difference to my sleep routine, that I used to have a stiff neck, shoulder pain, back pain, headache when I was using my old pillow. But now I feel the nerves in my neck and shoulders and starting to loosen up, when is a great thing. The pain starting to go away the shape of the pillow helps a whole lot. Function so well the memory foam soft or frim, depending to your liking which I like a lot. Shape looks like a butterfly and you can put you arms, underneath the pillow as you sleep is a huge plus in my book. Worth the money glad I took advantage of the deal they are running, which very fortunate to run across it's a must for anyone and even tall person like myself.
