The soap bar is sealed in plastic but it has white clunky chips in it. Delivery on time. Perfect soap. Gentle and good for sensitive skin. Lightly scented smells fresh and clean.Feels real clean and made my skin feel refreshed and soft. I have super sensitive skin. They changed the fragrance of the soap I had used for years and it irritated my skin. This soap was recommended and I am very happy w my purchase. Though billed as "Unscented", it is not labeled as such and it does have a light scent. I have a guest who has allergies to scents so was looking for something unscented. He liked the Cetaphil Body Wash (unscented) so was looking for the same in a bar soap. Other than that, the soap is very nice, moisturizing and easy on the skin.
