I liked the fabric; it did not feel like recycled water bottles like a lot of clothing does these days. They hung nicely, were not clingy, and most importantly, were not see-through. They were sewn well; stitches were even and no loose threads. Unfortunately, they ran smaller than the size chart - one star off for that. They were a little tight in the waist and were too short for my leggy 5'7 frame. Sizing up would have solved the waist issue, but I think they still would be too short for me. Taller people beware. This review is for CFLONGE Women Wide Leg Dress Pants High Waist Work Trousers Button Pleated Slacks Palazzo Pants Business Casual Outfits (Wine Red, XX-Large) which was listed at $35.99 when I received it. These pants are great for people shaped like me -- larger things and bottom but smaller waist. This particular pair was too small for me, but that wasn't the pants' problem, I am usually a 3x but took a gamble on a 2x. I could tell that if they had come in 3x they would have fit great. Even in the 2x they are wearable as long as I wear a long shirt to hide how tight the top of them are. Unlike almost all pants I buy, these were not tight in my thighs. They are also a thick enough material that you can't see cellulite through them. For reference I am 5'5" and 240lbs. I wore these for a day despite them being a bit tight and the material is very stretchy and by the end of the day they were quite comfortable. I would buy these in another color to wear with longer tops. I would highly recommend these for any pear shaped gals who struggle with finding pants that are roomy enough in the thighs without being ridiculously big in the waist. If these came in 3x I would have ordered more pairs in different colors. Read more
Very lightweight, almost gauzy dress pants. These aren't sheer at all but as breezy as palazzo pants, if not as wide cut. The high waist is slightly elasticated and stretches well. It's comfortable and not constraining. Pleats on upper front are gentle and remain intact after washing. Contrast buttons and double belt loops are nice details. Pockets are deep. The fit is flattering and true to size. These are very versatile dress pants that can be dressed up or down as needed. These pants washed up well in a cold cycle with line drying. No bleeding, fading, shrinking, or wrinkling. They fold and re-hang smoothly which makes them excellent for travel. Read more
